Well April was a weird month just like March. It dragged on and went by so fast at the same time. It makes me think this quarantine will never end. I’m slightly going crazy. Anyways, here are my April favourites.
Blender Bombs Granola
Last month Blender Bombs reached out to me to offer to send me their blender bombs for smoothies. Unfortunately with my candida, I couldn’t have them because of the dates. Instead they sent their grain free granola that’s just sweetened with raw honey. This granola is absolutely delicious. The cluster crunch reminds me of an oatmeal cookie and the super seed also reminds me of something and is just as good! You can try Blender Bombs for 10% off with code JENNIFER10.
I discovered Rae Wellness back in January or February. At the time I didn’t need any supplements. I remember taking a picture and sending it to Caitlin to see if she had heard of them. When I went to LA in February, she had been taking the vegan collagen and really like it. Back in March, I finally got the Vegan Collagen, Rebalance and Beauty Drops. I really like the products and I even ordered the Complexion pills to try as well. My nails are the most healthy looking they’ve been in a long time. I also got the rebalance to help with my hormones that are still out of whack post birth control almost a year later. I actually think it’s helping, my body no longer gets my crazy night sweats which I’ve been getting since I went on birth control 12 years ago and even continued post bc.
Sdara Vitamin C Serum
Sdara so kindly sent me some products. This vitamin c serum and a sheet mask. The vitamin C serum has definitely made my skin glow. I love using it with my Beautycounter Overnight Peel and Brightening Oil.
Revive Superfoods also sent me a bunch of smoothies. All of them were delicious. At least the ones I could eat, which was actually most of them. The ones I couldn’t eat, I gave to family. They come frozen and all you have to do is add your favourite non dairy milk. You can try their smoothies for 60% off with code JENPICK60.
Schitt’s Creek Series Finale and Documentary
Ugh I cannot express words how much I love the Schitt’s Creek series finale and documentary, Best Wishes, Warmest Regards. I cried so much. Dan Levy said they were like a great big hug to the fans. And it was. I did wish we got to see the reception and more of Patrick’s parents. Also, I’m not going to admit to how many times I’ve watched it. More than 3.
All during quarantine I have been relearning French on Skillshare. I’m loving it and do it everyday. Currently, I am doing these 3 minute French lessons. You can do one a day, I normally do about 3-4 because I pause and write things down a couple of time to really ingrain it in my brain. Besides French, Skillshare has classes on just about anything. If you want to try it out, you can get 2 months of Premium for free!
