Leopard trend is this years biggest trend, there is no doubt about that. During the summer, an IT girl skirt flooded the internet. It was the Réalisation Par’s Naomi Wild Things skirt. This leopard print silk skirt sold out numerous times and I happened to get my hands on one!
This skirt costs a whomping $180 plus $15 shipping! Do I think it’s worth $180? No, absolutely not. I’m sure you can find a nicer leopard print skirt much cheaper. Even though I don’t think it’s worth the price, I still think it’s an amazing skirt. I remember joking on my Instagram that I hope you don’t get sick of it because I’ve got to get my monies worth!
Originally, I was planning on sharing the skirt styled two ways for this post. Well, I never got around to posting it and I already shot the skirt with another look! So now it’s styled 3 ways for you! The first 2 looks were both shot while I was in New York for fashion week!
Réalisation Par Naomi Wild Things Skirt
Look 1- Silk Skirt, White Tee, White Sneakers
The slip skirt and tee is something that Kate Moss rocked and still probably rocks. When adding a tee and sneakers to any skirt makes it casual chic. This outfit is perfect for everyday life, running errands, going to the farmer’s market, etc. This look is so effortless as well. There is just something about the simplicity of this outfit!
Look 2- Silk Skirt, Silk Tank, Wedges
This look is definitely the fanciest of the three. It’s a going out look. You’re not going to be sitting at home while wearing this outfit. I paired the the skirt with my black Everlane silk cami. I also own it in pink. It comes in white as well and I think the white would also look fabulous with the Wild Things skirt.
Look 3- Silk Skirt, Sweater, Beret and Boots
I love this look for fall and winter! It’s causal, yet you can get away wearing it to cocktail hour or even a get to together! Like I had mentioned above, since I spent so much money on the Réalisation Par skirt, I wanted to style it as many ways as possible! I thought the grey sweater paired nicely with the brown and black of the skirt. The outfit itself is fairly neutral but I had to add in my red beret for a little pop of colour!
As you can tell, I am not wearing tights. I tried them on with this outfit but didn’t like it. Maybe it’s the shoes. I do plan on experimenting more with them since I’d love to wear tights and not be bare legged during the cold weather!
