Maple-Glazed Brussel Sprouts
I don’t know about you, but give me maple-glazed anything and I’ll eat it. I’ve always been a fan of brussel sprouts and could eat them just steamed. But since I’ve started making maple-glazed brussel sprouts, it’s the only way I can now eat them.
The maple syrup is infused throughout the whole sprout and they are so crispy and delicious. The pieces of fresh garlic help balance the sweetness.
The recipe is also so easy to do. If you’re in a hurry and are in need of a vegetable for dinner, it’s so easy to throw together. It’s also a crowd pleaser. I made these for a dinner party once and they were a hit!
- 16 ounces of brussel sprouts, halved
- 10 cloves of garlic sliced thinly
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 TBSP Maple Syrup
- 2 TBSP Olive Oil
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F
- Mix all ingredients together in bowl
- Place on a baking sheet and cook for 18-20 minutes, or until crisp
See isn’t that easy. If any of you make them, please tag me in your posts so I can see.
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend, and I will talk to you all on Monday!
BTW, French Lentil Salad.
